- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep pricing simple and transparent. Most projects are quoted as a flat rate so there are no surprises. Our quotes include everything needed to get you live — planning, design, development, testing, and launch. For smaller jobs or updates, we offer hourly work. For larger builds, we can break the project into phases so you only pay as we deliver. We don’t charge hidden fees, and we’ll work with you to stay within your budget while building something that scales with your business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep the process simple and collaborative: Discovery Call: We start with a quick call to learn about your business, your goals, and your challenges. Scope & Quote: We put together a clear project scope and flat-rate quote so you know exactly what’s included. Design & Build: Once approved, we get to work. We’ll share progress along the way so there are no surprises. Testing & Launch: We make sure everything works as expected, then launch your site or automation when you’re ready. Ongoing Support: We’re here if you need updates, maintenance, or additional automation in the future. This process keeps projects on time, on budget, and stress-free.

I hold a Master’s degree in Computer Science and have over 10 years of experience designing and implementing technology solutions for businesses of all sizes. My background includes building enterprise-level systems, automating workflows, and leading technical projects.
