Over the weekend, I had absolutely no time to run any errands & do anything besides handle family business. I contacted Simone Friday Night at 12:20 am!!!!! & she responded!!! What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new client is having them fill out an inquiry form, which asks them their desires for their event from budget to design. I then create a portfolio + vision board to help guide us through the process. Visuals usually helps clients get an overall idea of what their event will actually look like before it occurs.
