- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide five star results and very competitive pricing. To ensure our flooring installs go perfectly every time and last for years, you will find a cheaper solution than us if you look hard enough. However as a small business we can only afford perfection with every customer, so we select only flooring solutions that last and use local flooring installers who only do flooring as their day trade. We do have manufacturer's discounts and financing options available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a convenient in-home shopping experience so that our customers' can choose the right flooring solution factoring in their own home's lighting. Our Owner or Production Manager will set a date & time to come to your home, measure your space, and review the product selections from our mobile showroom van containing hundreds of samples. We'll help ensure you pick the perfect product for your home's situation.
