Excellent experience! Joe and team were professional, polite, dilligent and produced a great end-result. We had wall-to-wall wool carpeting installed on our second floor and are beyond pleased with the results. The selection to choose from and the pricing were great and the whole process ran smoothly. Great job!

I am thoroughly pleased with my new wood floors. The installation process, handled by Keith and his crew, was completed within 2 days for 700 square feet, including tile tear-out. Keith's professionalism shone through as he effectively addressed my concerns while selecting the perfect product. Our 4-month search ultimately led us to engineered hardwood, and I couldn't be more delighted.

We had an amazing experience with Floor Coverings International! They carpeted the 2nd and 3rd floors of our home and did such a fantastic job from start to finish. The team was professional, detail-oriented, and incredibly clean throughout the entire process.We both work from home, and they were so considerate of our schedule, keeping noise and disruption to a minimum and making sure we could continue our day without stress.They also provided great options to choose from and helped us find the perfect fit for our space. Recently needed a new floor and interacted with several contractors in the process, FCI stood out for being the most professionally run, responsive and nimble operation of them all. With the cherry on top being their showroom on wheels coming right to your doorstep allowing you to see product samples in your own space.Joe, the President and owner of the franchise, is an absolute delight to deal with and an all around great guy. He is himself very knowledgable and has access to an even deeper wealth of knowledge in his production manager who has decades of industry specific experience in the local region. This is a locally run small business that deploys the modern day tools, expertise and professionalism that many bigger outfits are lacking.FCI ensures that all installations are to manufacturer specifications and stands behind the quality of the products sold by them by providing support with servicing the manufacturer warranties, they also provide limited time warranties on their installation services.I highly recommend working with them.

On my initial review I gave a Joe from IFC a 3 after the job was completed I must say Joe and his team were excellent . The whole experience was great. They showed up on time and completed the project on time and Luis and Joe were cordial and professional. And I would highly recommend the whole team . They made the experience a no brainer

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We provide five star results and very competitive pricing. To ensure our flooring installs go perfectly every time and last for years, we only install quality products with lifetime warranties. As a small business where one bad review can sink us, we can only afford perfection with every customer. We select only flooring solutions that last and use local flooring installers who only do flooring as their day trade. We do have manufacturer's discounts and financing options available.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We offer a convenient in-home shopping experience so that our customers' can choose the right flooring solution factoring in their own home's lighting. Our Owner or Production Manager will set a date & time to come to your home, measure your space, and review the product selections from our mobile showroom van containing hundreds of samples. We'll help ensure you pick the perfect product for your home's situation.
