Having had boutiques in 5 major resorts in NY Sue specializes in special event makeup. Services Offered Kinetics offers a wide array of both hair and makeup styling. We offer consultations and trials by appointment prior to the day of the wedding. We work closely with every bride to find the exact look you’ve always dreamed of so you can feel confident on your big day! Our team will travel to your venue site for both hair and makeup styling on the wedding day. If desired, we will stay throughout the duration of the wedding ceremony and picture taking until reception begins. We can accommodate groups of 12 people. I have been useing Kinetic skin care products and makeup for at least 30 years or more. Their products are fantastic. Sue and her Assistant are always available for question and tips. No other skincare products and makeup can compare.

I love the Quadruple Action Daily Cleanser. Creamy smooth but also a little gritty if that makes any sense. Cleans deeply without being harsh. Nice fresh feeling after using it. I also have to give a shout out to the Kinetics eye liner. Goes on easily but is long lasting. And get the pencil sharpener too!

I have been using Kinetics cosmetics for many years. I love their products as well as their customer service. Sue and her staff are delightful to work with and are very quick to answer me with any questions that I have had. I particularly love the Quadruple Action Cleanse, which I use every morning. It leaves my skin feeling very clean and very soft too. Another favorite of mine is the Luminous Mineral Sheer Tint. It feels very light on my face, yet has some coverage and also has SPF 20. I have worn this all summer and it stays on and doesnt even come off on my mask. Thanks!

Alice Pinto - posting a Kinetics Cosmetics reviewI have been using Kinetics Powder Foundation, applied with a brush, for longer than I can remember. It goes on lightly, feels natural, but covers skin imperfections. I have easily ordered by phone, or internet. I have tried many other similar products, but have just wasted my $ because I throw them out. Kinetics Powder Foundation is the best!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Makeup prices brides -$130. bridal party-$110. flower girls ( under 10) $45. Add ons: Airbrush foundation $20. and Lashes $15.00 Hair prices slightly vary but usually $150 to $175.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We encourage a bridal trial prior to the wedding day for the bride but it is up to the bride. We are very service oriented so we review all the requests , details and visions the bride has and make them come true.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a makeup artist for over 30 years. I started in NYC as a freelance artist. I worked with many major brands including Clinique, Estee Lauder, Elizabeth Arden etc. training makeup artists to work for these lines in Department stores. I also taught at a company called Stage Light Cosmetics in their school in NYC. , teaching classes such as makeup for photography (black and white and color) as well as training artists wanting to go into the industry.
