Please be aware of this company.. this guy is a scammer.. he took $80000 from my husband and myself to convert our garage to an apartment. He then stopped showing up for work. He was blackmailing us and threatening us.. he came for money everyday otherwise he said that he would not finish the work and when we told him that we needed to see some progress we would give him more money. For the $80000 there isn’t one project that is finished. He then came one night took his tools and disappeared. He gave us an estimate at the start ( back in March) and as soon as he started working everything became a la carte and nothing was included in the estimate nor the $80000 he took from us. It is not even a company, for all these months we never saw him do any work he just comes by yo collect money and he sends two kids to do the work. You can tell that they had no idea what they were doing. They don’t arrive until 11 am, 3 hours for lunch and they leave before 5 pm.
