I hired James off of thumbtack, he is located in Suffolk county, he came all the way out to Nassau county, to do land excavation and grading, about 40 yards of dirt was removed in one day. He was professional throughout and made sure he would not damage anything my property including my newly installed patio and walkway. At the end he held up to his word and got the job done. Thank you James.

James is an exceptionally hard worker and an amazing person. He is super responsive to the customer’s needs and goes out of the way to make sure that the job is done right at an extremely affordable price. I signed up with Thumb Tack in October to have some work done in my front yard and I chose “J&R Site Work”. When I sent out my request for help, “James” from “J&R” responded quickly, to which I was so very grateful. James is very punctual, polite and professional. He listens to you and gives very helpful tips as well. He removed all the weeds, rocks, pebbles and crab-grass in my yard; and in addition, he trimmed my hedges making them look fabulous! James did a really great clean-up job. About a week or so later, I asked him if could come back and plant my “Thuja” trees (nickname for Emerald Green Arborvitae shrubs), to which he obliged. He put down top soil, mulch and wooden landscape timber to edge off the surrounding borders in my yard. James is a very hard worker who not only works quickly & efficiently, but his price was very reasonable. He has transformed my yard and I am extremely happy!! I highly recommend his services. Way to go James!!

I am really impressed by James’s work. I was in need of fall cleanup, I had plenty of leaves and branches all over. James did a great job cleaning everything up and now the property looks great. He explained what he was going to do prior to starting work. His prices are reasonable. I will use James again in the spring.
