FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing a job depends on many different things. The fixtures & finishings chosen as well as the need for underlaying items like insulation or structural support. We won't give you a price on the spot. We often need to research the fixtures & finishes. (Sometimes, if we shop around we can find great deals!) But you will have a price within a few days of our site visit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to meet new customers in person. This is all about building trust.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We often design our jobs, so keeping up with the latest materials & finishings is important. Being able to offer your clients something innovative sets your job apart. There are also many classes & certifications that the EPA & OSHA create to keep homeowners safe. We are Lead Renovator Certified. This is especially important when working in older homes.
