FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the location of the customer, species and number of animals causing the problem, and the extent of the problem. Sometimes the species of the animal and extent of the problem are difficult to determine until I visit the customer's property. Therefore it is not always possible to quote a cost for the work without visiting the property. I do my best to price jobs so they are affordable to the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet the customer at the location where their wildlife problem is occurring and for them to describe the problem, as well as provide any details on what they have observed (i.e. they may know where burrows are located or where the animal entered the house or attic, etc.).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors of Science degree in Wildlife Management and Conservation and am certified as a Wildlife Biologist by The Wildlife Society. I am a licensed as a Nuisance Wildlife Control Operator by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation and a member of the National Wildlife Control Operators Association, New York State Wildlife Management Association, New York State Trappers Association, and The Wildlife Society.
