I found Phil to be an excellent carpenter to do the work I needed around my house. We had a number of tasks requiring more expertise than I was capable of doing on my own. He was always very punctual, communicated clearly, explained what was required to do the work, very professional in the quality of his work, and completed the projects within the time line established and was very reasonable with his rates. He comes fully equipped with tools and experience to tackle any problem we had.
He was patient answering my questions and listened well when I had them. It is obvious he enjoys what he does and takes pride in his work.
I will definitely hire him again if the need arises. I recommend him without any reservations.

Phil helped me with various projects in my home to get it ready for sale. He is a versatile worker, adept at electric work, plumbing, painting, tile repair and woodwork. His reconditioning of my staircase including a new banister was beautifully done and exactly what I wanted!
Phil worked on my house for three days. He was punctual, polite and cleaned up after himself each day. He is an extremely fast and hard worker, so I never worried that he was "milking" the hours. Phil's rates were extremely reasonable with excellent quality provided.
I won't hesitate to hire Phil again for future projects, and I can highly recommend him to others!

I hired Phil to mount a 50" flatscreen TV on drywall as well as patch and paint the drywall where an old TV used to hang. He did a great job and cleaned up nicely after himself. He was respectful of myself and my home and he even showed up on time. I happened to mention a door that wouldn't latch while he was here and he fixed it in about 5 minutes for no charge. I highly recommend him for any work you need done.

Phillip Liu was excellent. He arrived on time notwithstanding the previous day's 14" inch snowstorm, quickly & accurately sized up the job ,and delivered the goods-i.e. shelves and wall installation of a large-screen tv-efficiently and expeditiously.
The job of providing shelving in three different locations and the wall installation of the tv was in Albany,N.Y., and was completed in less than twenty-four hours with most of the work done in his workshop. I was impressed with his estimates, his suggestions, and explanation of how he was proceeding. he could not have been more professional.
Things could not have gone better. I wholeheartedly and unreservedly recommend him to others and fully intend to make use of his services in the future.
