Chef James performed a cooking demo and fed 22 of our staff at a corporate event. Everyone loved the food and were very impressed with the presentation! We are adding him to our official vender list. We highly recommend Chef James!

Honestly, working with James and his team was one of the best catering experiences we have ever had. We had a home party of about 30 and my foodie guests were thrilled with his menu and his approachable demeanor. The timing of the food was seamless and he clearly enjoyed being surrounded by everyone. The food was unique and delicious. He easily accommodated a variety of dietary restrictions. He made a delicious spread for our vegan friends as well as making food allergy-free from nuts and sesame. My friends are still talking about the deliciousness of the night. He created a stress-free event especially for the hosts.

Chef James was very responsive and kind. You can tell he's passionate about his food and the experience he provides his guests. The food was awesome and pricing was very fair. Overall, a really positive experience.

I highly recommend Chef James from Graze. We used him to cater our party and the food was amazing! We asked him to create an all vegetarian menu. Even the carnivores loved it!!!

So fortunate to have found this local gem called Graze. Chef James Devaney and his crew never disappoint. We figured since we love eating there, why not try the catering side of the restaurant for an end of the summer gathering for our closest friends and family. Working with Chef James was so easy and before we knew it, had a full menu that was at least half Vegan. He and his crew were very professional and punctual. The spread was gorgeous and artfully laid out even though it was offsite, (meaning they came to our home and set up their stations). People to this day still talk about the food! We ended up using Graze again for our Thanksgiving gathering, which again was a hit. They also provide desserts! Ordered a delicious apple crumb dish which was accompanied by a fantastic Gelato, which is also provided by another local business out of Goshen. My Mother was so impressed with the food, that she also used Graze, and for her Christmas Eve dinner. It was so nice to just lay back and allow someone else to take care of the cooking and not have to worry if there was enough, or if they wouldn’t be equipped to handle so many different palates, or that the quality was going to be just OK. Graze surpassed any and/or all expectations. Would HIGHLY recommend!!!
