Very happy with the work Joshua did. He was easy to communicate with and very responsive. My TV wall mount appointment was scheduled for the next day after initial communication! He explained to me the limitations of the wall mount I had originally purchased, and was able to swap it out with a better one. He made sure I was satisfied with the position before tightening everything. I look forward to using Joshua for future projects!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a one-hour minimum for services, with any additional labor available at a discounted rate.
Unlike many contractors, I do not charge a trip fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin by reviewing the scope of the projects the customer would like completed to provide an estimated labor cost and assess whether any additional materials are required. Once the details are finalized, I coordinate with the customer to schedule the earliest available date that aligns with their availability to complete the work efficiently.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many of the skills I use today were instilled in me during my upbringing on a small homestead, where weekends were dedicated to repairs and home improvements.
Additionally, I am a proud recipient of the Eagle Scout award.
