At first they seemed great. Worked with them about 3 times. They always asked for a portion of the payment upfront. By the fourth time we paid them and they didn't show up due to bad weather, but never returned our money($350) nor completed the job. We have followed up with them about 5 times or more to get our money back but they completely ignored our messages....
