FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is a flat-rate fee for document preparation services, so there are no hourly charges or hidden costs. Court filing fees, notarization fees, and any other third-party costs are separate and paid directly by the client if applicable. We also offer a 10% discount on qualifying services and provide transparent pricing upfront so clients know exactly what to expect before getting started.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process starts with an email, phone call, or online inquiry. We then provide the client with an intake form to gather the necessary information and details about their case. Once the intake is completed, we review the information, prepare the required documents, and guide the client through the next steps, including filing instructions and any additional requirements. We keep communication simple, clear, and efficient throughout the entire process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and healthcare experience as a Chief Financial Officer, along with experience in legal document review and processing. My background has developed strong skills in compliance, organization, analysis, and attention to detail.
