Rosa is a rare house helper who can see what needs to be done and while she takes your needs and desires into consideration first she looks for the “enhancement” that can be done at the same time that you didn’t think of! Rosa has a lovely personality which allows you to feel comfortable around her and speak freely in a productive give and take. She is happy, neat, thoughtful and very hardworking. She is professional and above all desires that you are satisfied with her work. Rosa helped me in so many more ways than just having someone with a “clockpuncher” mentality. She is engaged and intuitive and kept my needs top of mind.

Spoke with cleaner and detailed what I wanted plus pricing. Cancelled first day, second day made an excuse and came very late. She did nothing we spoke about and changed pricing again once work was done. Originally said 150$ to clean no deep cleaning, then said 200$ for deep cleaning and did nothing close to even soft cleaning.. no proper mopping, did not throw out garbage.. honestly got scammed to wipe counters and that’s it.. Will not hire, do not recommend hiring, stay away!

The house was really messy. He didn’t even want to pay for the cleaning when we previously discussed the price. If you see this guy trying to hire u or somebody else to clean his house please don’t go real asshole.
