Ive been a real estate broker for 38 years and Im currently a broker with Re/Max Team in New York. My experience with John Gavares and New York appraisals was one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had from an appraiser. I had a very difficult appraisal on a mixed used property that other companies did not even want to do. Mr. Gavares not only completed the appraisal within 48 hours. His company had all the tools to locate every comparable sale necessary to complete the appraisal. Since them Ive been recommending New York appraisals to everybody in my company, and every agent that deals with him has nothing but high praises for the quality of work.
