John was great. Checked my flues and chimney, let me know that I did not need to have it cleaned at the moment and gave me an education about fireplaces, wood stoves and anything else I asked about. Very nice guy and definitely will use when the time comes for a cleaning. Thank you

John was very knowledgeable and inspected my chimney. He was honest and told me that I did not need a cleaning as of yet. I will definitely contact him next year to do the cleaning. I appreciate his honesty.

John was professional and knowledgeable. I just bought a house and was unsure when the last Chimney Cleaning had taken place. John did not sell me on anything I didn't need, he informed me I did not need a cleaning and he let me know how to improve the draft situation should I decide to go that route. John is our chimney guy going forward.
