He is very likeable and willing to explain what he does. I need to call him back because the old wood stove has a very strong metallic like odor when it burns hot, and I need to discuss thermostats he recommended. After the holiday I will call him to ask about that. I am very glad to know my chimney is ok now and fortunately it is not too cold right now.

John was very knowledgeable and inspected my chimney. He was honest and told me that I did not need a cleaning as of yet. I will definitely contact him next year to do the cleaning. I appreciate his honesty.

John was professional and knowledgeable. I just bought a house and was unsure when the last Chimney Cleaning had taken place. John did not sell me on anything I didn't need, he informed me I did not need a cleaning and he let me know how to improve the draft situation should I decide to go that route.
