Julian is one of the hardest workers I've seen in a long time. He gave us a quote to sand and paint our deck. His price was more than reasonable, considering all the work that had to be done. He puts in a full day's work. And his attention to detail is great. I couldn't recommend him more. And I certainly will be using him again in the future.

Professional, friendly, patient, and reliable!I highly recommend Juljan and his team at Leveled Construction Inc. I had a flawless experience working them and Im very pleased with the work they performed in my apartment. Not only were we impressed with the quality of the work, but also with their respectful, polite, and genuinely kind attitude. They are truly great people to work with. I would like to note Juljan is also very patient to my questions and rescheduling needs, and takes time to respond to messages when hes available.Our first experience was so positive that I immediately recommended Juljan to my fellow neighbors, and one of them have already hired Leveled Construction Inc. for their own projects. I have also called him back for additional jobs in my home. So far, we have only worked with Juljan and his father.The biggest project so far was the installation of my shower glass sliding doors for the bathtub, which required precise drilling and cutting of metal and glass. Juljan arrived on time, very prepared, and completed this complex job while keeping everything in excellent condition. I had chosen a specific type of installation for the glass doors, and they executed it perfectly. It was our first time working together so he also gave me a great deal. They made sure to pick up all debris, clean thoroughly, and leave everything secure. It was a long job, but well worth the time. It has now been over a month since the installation, and everything continues to work perfectly.Their company is insured and very reliable, and their prices/charges are fair and not inflated/exaggerated as so many other companies try to abuse these days (taking advantage of inflation or tariffs).Other projects they completed for us included installing and drilling secure door locks and specific door plates for our metal doors and metal doorframes, as well as installing window trims and case moldings. He will soon return to complete some work covering up some ceiling damage caused by a leak (taping, drywall replacement, plaster, sanding, priming, and painting). I trust they will do this just as good as everything else.Oh! I forgot to mention Juljan was kind to check some minor issues we had with the installation of our fridge and stove (which was done by previous contractors), and he took the time to tale the frifge apart and install it again to make sure the strange noise (horrible noise) was fixed by properly securing the doors. He also helped us level the stove. He basically went above and beyond for us.The combination of professionalism, high-quality work, and Juljans friendly and kind personality makes this company an excellent choice for your home projects. His father was also just friendly and professional. I confidently recommend him and definitely encourage you to give them a call.Anytime we need a specific kind of job we always ask and make sure that the company tells us that they have the experience for it (you should always inquire), so far, Juljan has not disappointed. A+++
