I am pandemically correct with a respirator, protective suit, shoe covers and gloves worn at all times inside every home. I use a proven antimicrobial, antiviral product that has a zero hazard MSDS to clean my equipment.
I am not the cheapest for sure and there is always a $350.00 assessment fee with full report including annotated photos for homes up to 3,000 sq feet and then additional fees for larger homes if you want the correct time spent which is key.
I am Knowledgeable about houses built between 1756 to today.
Fees for testing are straight forward at 200.00 per direct sample. 200.00 per air sample with a minimum of 2 as there has to be an exterior baseline. 225.00 per HVAC sample. 250.00 per in wall sample with simple caulk repair (will not be perfect).
If you wish a Virtual Inspection™️ please realize you as the client will be required to show me what I need to see via Zoom, FaceTime or just video and pictures but you will have to go into attic, basement, crawl space and so forth if that is what you want inspected. Virtual Inspections may not be acceptable for banks yet so may not apply to real estate transactions.
I have been inspecting homes in one form or another since 1995 and have an uncanny ability to find the deficiencies and the knowledge to back it up. I co invented a Green product for toxic dust control that won a US EPA award and strive to help people live better in their own homes.
I am a licensed Home Inspector, Licensed Mold Assessor as well as a licensed Nuisance Wildlife and Home Improvement contractor in NY & CT.
If you have mold I will prove it from an independent laboratory and also show you with photos what some of the root causes are and how to change them.
There was not a section to place licensing for this profession so here it is MA01442
Inspectfully,
