- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is always fair and based on the size and difficulty of the job. Every property and tree is different, so I like to take a look first and give an honest estimate. I offer free estimates, and there are no hidden fees. As a small family business, I focus on giving good value for the work we do and making sure customers feel comfortable with the price before we start.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out, I schedule a time to visit the property and see exactly what needs to be done. I listen carefully to what the customer wants and then explain the best way to handle the job. After that, I provide a clear estimate. Once everything is approved, we schedule the work and complete it with care, making sure the area is cleaned up and left in good condition.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years of hands-on experience working with trees. Over the years, I have learned the proper techniques for trimming, removal, and safety through real job experience. This kind of work has taught me how to handle different situations and take care of trees the right way.
