I hired Leslieann for my husband's birthday party. The food and service were amazing. Leslie's suggestions and help were spot on. A drain pipe broke in my kitchen during the party and they dealt with it so well, many people had no idea what was going on. Everyone we have talked to since the party have raved about the food. We already have booked Leslie for our next event.

We hired Leslie to cater a baby shower in our home for approximately 50 guests. The menu consisted of 2 displays, pulled pork sliders and two main dishes. She took care of everything - from determining what items would be the best fit for the event to getting the groceries and making sure everything ran smoothly. We were very pleased with the service, the taste of the food and her attentiveness.We highly recommend her and will consider her for our future events.

PHENOMENAL! Just a fantastic experience! Leslie agreed 1 week before the event to cater our Men's Rugby Awards Banquet. She went through in detail every item with me on the menu. Had a incredible gain antipasto spread for an appetizer that I HIGHLY RECOMEND! She came in with her friendly and enthusiastic crew and set everything up themselves, came fully prepared, managed a full service buffet including a special carving station for the beef tenderloin that was OUT OF THIS WORLD! Not enough stars to give for Leslie and her services! Everyone had 2nds and 3rds and even 4ths. The food was of the highest quality and I will definitely use Leslie as my go to caterer for both parties big or small

This was one of the best experiences I've had with a caterer. Leslie is a true people person, very outgoing and willing to go the extra mile to ensure you get what you want. I will use her again and again for future events. She helped make my event special. My clients absolutely loved the food and loved her as well. Thanks for a job superbly done!!!!!!!

I reached out to Leslie last week (via Thumbtack - great site) to cater my daughter's high school graduation party.From that day forward, Leslie has been with me every step of the way. As I am not in the habit of throwing big parties (125 ppl) Leslie's patience & expertise is greatly appreciated. I can not wait to see what she has in store for us! Her ideas thus far are amazing! Further, she is diligently working within my budget. So far, so good. Thankful to have met her and can not wait to sample the food!

    I am constantly looking to stay abreast of latest food trends and recipe s. I also always jump at the chance to work with other chefs...you never know ( but always do) learn something new from colleagues

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I couldn't help myself!
