We have had an excellent experience working with Catskill Valley Pest Management. Their team is professional, knowledgeable, and highly responsive. From the initial inspection through treatment and follow-up they communicated clearly arrived on schedule and addressed all concerns thoroughly. What impressed us most was the attention to detail and commitment to solving the problem not just treating the symptoms. They took the time to explain their findings, recommend preventative measures, and ensure that our facility remained pest-free. The reports and documentation were detailed and helpful make it easy to track progress and maintain compliance requirements. I highly recommend this vendor to any business looking for reliable effective and professional pest control services. Their customer service expertise and consistent results have made them a value partner.

Jason came to our house very quickly, was able to spray for ticks and mosquitoes, and we noticed a difference within a few hours! Knowledgeable and effective, couldn't recommend more highly.
