FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fees are very competitive and we provide free extra services that other competitors charge for. We ask that our clients sign a proposal, there is no deposit required on small projects and we collect fees when the work is finished which gives our clients peace of mind. We will also beat any competitors fee by 10%.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to understand their needs and set up a very strict guideline to accomplish what our clients wants in the end for their project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are nationally accredited with licenses in many east coast states. Also we are all former Code Inspectors with various Building Departments which puts us above most standard offices in getting the permits expedited and knowing what the codes are.
