We have flat rate trip and diagnosis fees. We also use bill by time method to keep pricing fair for our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to have contact with our customers to determine their complaints about the appliance and we try our best to have common parts on hand.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are EPA certified to handle Freon appliances. We are factory trained by several manufacturers.
