FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a firm $250 service minimum. This ensures we can deliver high-quality, professional work while covering the costs of being fully licensed and insured. We take pride in doing things the right way, with proper permits, safety standards, and reliable workmanship. While we’re not the cheapest, we’re committed to doing the job right the first time — no shortcuts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick conversation to understand your project and goals. From there, we usually request photos or set up an on-site visit to assess the scope of work. Once we have the details, we provide a clear estimate and timeline. If everything looks good, we schedule the job and stay in close communication from start to finish to ensure the project goes smoothly and you're happy with the results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? I’ve spent years working hands-on in construction, renovation, and restoration across New York, gaining expertise in everything from structural framing to finish work. I’ve also completed specialized training in water, fire, and mold damage restoration. My experience is backed by being a licensed contractor, and I stay up to date with building codes, materials, and best practices to ensure every job is done right.
