Introduction: I teach Kundalini yoga, meditation and breath work to reduce stress and increase vitality, improve communication, strengthen relationships, create more life/work balance, and master the mind while connecting body, mind, and soul. I was a CPA until the experience of 9/11, which helped me to see I was making a living while sacrificing my life. People enjoy the classes and workshops I offer as I share life examples of how what I teach has helped me, my family, and professionals to meet challenges with more ease and a higher perspective. This type of yoga and meditation has helped people at work and at home and socially as they release anxiety, depression, sleep better and improve their everyday lives.
