- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use upfront transparent pricing. Most work is quoted as a flat rate after we assess the situation so there are no surprises. A standard service call covers diagnosis and the first portion of labor. If additional work is needed, we explained the options in pricing before moving forward. We don’t compete on being the cheapest we focus on doing the job correctly safely into code. Discount may be available for repeat customers or large scope of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by understanding the issue of project and scheduling a visit. During the service call, we inspect the problem, explain what’s going on in plain, language and present clear options for repair or upgrade. Once you approve the scope and price, we complete the work efficiently and cleanly. Our goal is to make the process simple professional stress-free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have formal trade, school training and electrical work along with several years of hands-on experience in residential commercial electrical systems. Our background include service calls, troubleshooting panel, upgrades, and code related corrections. We stay up-to-date with current electrical standards and vets practices to ensure safe compliant work.
