- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a minimum of $125. This includes 1 hours worth of time. This is usually enough time for me to troubleshoot and resolve most simple issues. If the work is 2 hours or more my rate is $75 an hour instead.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I need to come in person to assess any work to give accurate quotes
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Electrical technical school and 8 years in field experience
