I hired sparkle Cleaning but never did have a cleaning. 5 PM the day before our scheduled time I was contacted via text “ my time needed to change.” If a snow day was an excuse to move times they had 48 hours to contact or anticipate they cannot make an appointment. I waited two weeks for the appointment for sparkle cleaning to come into my home. I work full time and happily cleared a part of my day. Timely Communication. I charge a reasonable price, I don’t charge first time fee ☺️ also my prices are really competitive on the area I usually keep the clients do to price and quality of work i make sure u are happy after i leave your hour home ! Also I have options of providing supplies or use your own.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet the customers and get to know about them see what the care about so i can respect their house and belongings.
