- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I learn about the client—their goals, fitness level, injuries, lifestyle, and schedule. Then I create a plan that combines strength training, conditioning, mobility, and accountability. From there, we track progress weekly, adjust where needed, and build consistency. Every client gets a structured, supportive experience from day one.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a certified fitness coach with years 9 of hands-on experience training individuals and groups. I specialize in strength training, HIIT, athletic conditioning, fat loss, and mobility. I also provide meal guidance and customized programs designed to help clients build sustainable habits for long-term success.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started training because fitness changed my life, and I wanted to help people experience the same transformation. What began as coaching friends and family grew into a full business—JD Elite Fitness—where I now train clients of all ages and backgrounds through structured workouts, discipline, and consistency.
