- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer flexible pricing for individuals and small groups. I also offer discounts for packages and monthly programs like my 5AM class. No hidden fees, everything is upfront. I also work with clients to find the best option for their budget and goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a quick conversation about your goals, fitness level, injuries, and schedule. Then I build a customized workout plan based on what you want — strength, toning, weight loss, or general fitness. From there, we follow a structured weekly plan, track progress, and make adjustments to keep you improving. I keep everything simple, clear, and motivating.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a certified fitness coach with hands-on experience training all ages, body types, and fitness levels. I specialize in strength training, conditioning, core training, and weight-loss programming. I also stay updated through continuous learning, workshops, and working with clients daily through both private and group sessions.
