I hired Platinum Events to provide wait staff for the NYC stop of our multi-city screening tour, and they exceeded expectations from start to finish.
Communication was excellent throughout the entire process - they kept me informed and made me feel confident about the staffing for our event. While there was a minor hiccup with staffing numbers on the day of the event, Daniel immediately stepped in to rectify the situation without hesitation.
What impressed me most was Daniel's responsiveness and problem-solving approach. Instead of making excuses, he took immediate action to ensure our event ran smoothly. That kind of customer service and accountability is rare in the events industry.
