What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is unique and prices can vary greatly based on prep work, quality of paint and complexity of the project, among other things. We offer scheduling discounts and discounts for same day signing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a time to do an in-person estimate, free of charge. After sitting down with you and finding out more about your needs and wants we will take a walk around the house and look at all the areas you’d like to have painted. We can answer any questions you may have and give our recommendations. Then we will do some measurements, take pictures and write you up a detailed quote with multiple options.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been painting for over 10 years. I’ve done both residential and commercial painting. I also have a degree in Interior Architecture from UNC Greensboro and studied color theory as part of my degree program.
