The term we discussed is efflorescence/ˌefləˈres(ə)n(t)s/Efflorescence means the formation of a powdery white salt deposit on surfaces like concrete, brick, or stone when internal moisture evaporates.

Our house was severely damaged in a storm and Paul Davis was there the next day. Our experience with them has been excellent. Scott and Mike have been doing an awesome job, especially with restoring the original woodwork for my house that was built in the 1930's.
