Erica and Amber were professional and diligent. They cleaned thoroughly. I was very pleased with the outcome. I see quite a few irate reviews from customers but you can't expect anyone to make up for years of neglect in two hours.

My husband was at our townhome when Erica's crew showed up. He specifically asked them to clean the bathrooms and concentrate on the tubs. He also asked them to wipe out the cabinets as the house was just vacated by previous owners. He didn't want them to vacuum as the carpets were being cleaned. He left our home in their hands. When we moved in Saturday 8/2/2014, the bathroom floors were not cleaned, there was a spider web under one toilet, the kitchen cabinets had not been wiped out and they never removed the rug in the entrance way to even sweep under it! The microwave had streaks all over it, just a really bad experience! The toilets appeared to have not been cleaned either. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I would not accept them even coming back here. I know what it's like to clean a home as I did it for a living about 15 years ago. I cleaned new construction residential homes. Very Disatisfied to say the least.

AWFUL !! They only cleaned about half of what they were supposed to , I gave them extra money to clean extra areas. They took the money and did not clean them. The owner did not care when I contacted her about it. They were also over an hour late. I should have listened to these reviews. I hope I can get a refund through Groupon. So disappointing because I have been so busy and was was really looking forward to coming home to a nice clean house. Ended up having to clean anyway right after this so called " cleaning" . STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!

I'm sorry that this cleaning was disappointing for you, however, the coupon clearly stated "GENERAL CLEAN" not a deep cleaning which is what your house required. It was filthy - not having been cleaned ever before. Times provided are approximate times as houses can go over or under depending on the services. As for the additional $10, the cleaning girls mistook it as a tip for cleaning your God awful house! You should be thankful they didn't ask for $50!

I purchased a coupon for 2-hours cleaning (two persons) by Done Best. It is almost impossible to talk to Erika as I get only an answering machine. Scheduled an appointment for 3 pm on October 2 but Erika called me (surprise! surprise!) requesting me to reschedule it for Oct 3 at 3 pm which I agreed. The crew showed up at 1:30 pm but I requested them to come at 3 pm as originally scheduled. They agreed told me that they may be little late which was OK with me. They never showed up. Tried calling Erika and left a detailed message. She did not call back. Left a detailed message by email on the evening of Oct 3 but so far (Oct 4, 9:30 am) have not heard from her. Previously I had a similar experience but did not learn from that. I see that except for one all the many reviewers have given a one star rating - I think even that one star is because there is no provision for a zero star rating. I don't think I will ever again deal with Done Best!!!!

I'm sorry for your experience as we pride ourselves in satisfying the customer. However, arriving early meaning a half hour when someone is home in my book is better than arriving late - I'm sorry that was not sufficient and you wanted us to come back in a half hour when this has happened previously (canceling while in driveway, not letting us clean because we are half hour early etc) I don't appreciate remarks that have nothing to do with cleaning - if we were that bad you would not have called us back. We estimate times of arrival and it seems a bit irrational to be mad when we were in driveway and you were home. Best of luck.
