• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  Our pricing is based on the number of hours booked, the services requested, and the event location. We have a 1.5-hour minimum booking requirement. Travel fees may apply for events outside our standard service area. Please contact us for a personalized quote based on your event details.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  Our process is simple and organized: Inquiry: The client contacts us with their event details (date, time, location, number of guests, and requested services). Quote: We provide a customized quote based on the event. Booking: Once the client approves the quote, we send a contract and invoice. A deposit is required to secure the reservation. Confirmation: We confirm all event details a few days before the event. Event Day: Our professional artist arrives on time, fully prepared with all necessary supplies to provide a fun and high-quality experience. Follow-up: After the event, we thank the client and welcome any feedback or future booking requests.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  Our artists are professionally trained in face painting, balloon twisting, and glitter tattoos. We use high-quality, skin-safe, hypoallergenic products and follow strict hygiene practices by cleaning and sanitizing our tools between events. Our team also has extensive experience working with children and families at birthday parties, schools, festivals, corporate events, and community celebrations, ensuring a fun, safe, and professional experience for every guest.
