- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some items are standard ( i.e. a college blanket ) because there are no variables but baskets, etc are personalized so it would depend on what went in it
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talking to them and finding out what kind of gift or service they are looking for and brainstorming ideas.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A degree in graphic arts but truly just a passion for making pretty things
