- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you pay in cash, you only pay the repair cost. If you pay by check, it’s cost + tax. Credit cards include a small processing fee. Pricing is always clear and discussed upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We respond quickly to each lead, confirm the issue and schedule, and show up on time. Once on-site, we diagnose the problem, explain the solution, and complete the repair—often the same day. Clear communication and honest pricing every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve completed hands-on technical training in HVAC systems and appliance diagnostics, and I continue learning every day through real-world experience and manufacturer service bulletins. We also have in our team a person with a PhD in physics.
