- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the scope of work and will be discussed in detail with each client. Every client receives a contract detailing the job. I charge by the hour with a 4 hour minimum. Payment is requested at the end of each session. Packages available at a discount, upon request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every customer receives a complimentary 30 min phone call, after which we will schedule an appointment. When I begin working with a new customer, we talk about what their goals are for the space or spaces we will be working on. I make recommendations, we discuss solutions, and get to work!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of customers. Some people want to be very involved and work along side me and learn new or sometimes just improved systems, and sometimes people just want things to be taken care of and then have me back on a regular maintenance program. Either way, it all gets done!
