Dave and his partner did an excellent job cleaning my windows. First of all, he returned my initial phone call the same day. He scheduled the job to occur within a week. They arrived promptly and worked steadily and efficiently. My windows are sparkling clean inside and out, and there are no streaks. I'm delighted! They also cleaned the
screens. The products they used did not make a mess, and they were careful to leave things the way they found them. Both men were courteous and friendly. I would definitely recommend them, and I would certainly call them again for window cleaning and other home jobs as well.

Dave is very professional. He came to do a small closet repair fix in less than a day. He also tried to charge me less that the agreed upon price because it was quick. I appreciated his professionalism and integrity AND the fact that he brought "inside shoes" even though I didn't need for him to do that. I will def hire him for bigger jobs in the near future.

This is my first experience using Thumbtack as well as the services of Dave Demand at Midtown Painting & Construction Services .... I could not possibly be happier with how well everything went. Dave was wonderful to work with right from the start, super polite & professional, his services are very reasonably priced and worth every penny! He came in and removed the items we had discussed in a quick & efficient manner! Big thumbs up!!

I hired Dave to clean out my gutters. Even though he gave me the best quote, I hired him based on previous reviews and was not disappointed! He did an excellent job, left no mess and even removed a large branch that's been on my roof for months! I will definitely use his services again and recommend him to everyone else..
