The Karaoke machine worked great and was easy to operate. Joseph Sauve came and helped to set it all up, and he was very professional and helpful throughout. The price on the rental for the karaoke machine is good too. The only complaint I would have is the selection of songs. There were lots of songs, but I couldn't find many of my favorites.

Thank you for the great review and I am glad you had a great time. As far as the song library, I am always open to improving it and would love suggestions for songs that i may be missing. If it is available, I will try to get them.

Karaoke Joe has been a favorite at the Rosamond Gifford Zoo's Great Zoo Boo for the last 4 years! Joseph delivers all equipment and instruction and picks up everything making this a hassle free experience! His commitment to the community shows greatly through his generous actions! Joe provided a system for a couple graduation parties that we had in the family. He provided us a fantastic karaoke system that had many genres of music available for the guests to sing to. The cost of the rental was very reasonable and Joe was very accessible to pick up and return the system.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
VIDEO KARAOKE MACHINE RENTAL ONLY!!! The pricing for Sauvé Sound & Light Co. aka Karaoke Joe Co. is two fold. First, the basic rental fee of $119. The second component is the travel, delivery, setup, training & pickup the following day. That price is determined by the venue's zip code. When a specefic zip is entered into the web page's calculation - it will give you an accurate quote based on the travel portion. For example, typical price for Syracuse is $169 ($119 plus $50 travel setup fees).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
VIDEO KARAOKE MACHINE RENTAL ONLY!!! New customers (returning customers) simply go to the web page to reserve a karaoke machine for their event. The link is found in the home page drop down menu under "Disc Jockey; Video Karaoke Services"__"Karaoke Machine Rental Service". First, you will be asked for the date and your venue's zip code. That will give you an accurate quote. You can then continue the booking process by pushing the "Book It" button after you receive the quote screen. Simply fill out the form and that's it. $50 deposit is required to reserve the date.
