- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am always willing to discuss pricing with the client. I charge a fee depending on how far I need to travel to get to my client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is getting an idea of what the client is looking for, either in details over the phone or through pictures (for example, with a Pinterest picture). Then, I have them fill out a questionnaire if needed, and we proceed from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a lot of experience working with all different hair types/styles and makeup styles. I can achieve both dramatic looks and more natural looks well depending on what my client is looking for. I am self-taught and have built up a lot of skills over the years. I am always keeping up with new trends and techniques as well as products on the market.
