- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, for the most part. Heating and Cooling projects I usually need to look at a job and get details and specifications of their old equipment, house size, etc. Plumbing jobs are a little different considering I usually have to visualize what the exact problem is based on information provided and then get the fittings or parts needed. My prices are very reasonable!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to first greet a customer with a handshake or a "Hello"depending on the circumstance. Then I listen to there needs and determine the best plan of action that best suits the customer. Once that's established only then will I present a cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After Graduating High School in 1998, I enrolled in a local trade school and completed a 5 year apprenticeship Training program. During my entire apprenticeship and till present day, Ive been Servicing, Repairing and Installing H.V.A.C.and Plumbing Systems in Homes and Buildings throughout the CNY Area, (Our Hometown). I also have a great deal of experience in Gutter Sevices also.
