We could not be happier with our project and with Fisher Fixes It. I sent messages to 4 different pros. Shane with FFI responded quickly which was greatly appreciated. We were stressing the situation we had and it was a relief to get a quick messsage back from someone wiling to help. We chatted on the telephone and what we wanted was something Shane could do. I was so happy that he knew this was important to us and wanted to "get it done" as soon as possible. Regardless of the other, big projects he has, he wanted to make time for us. He stopped by our home (Saturday) to check out the piece of furniture and plan the project. He was very polite and professional and again, was making this job a priority. We planned the job for Tuesday or Wednesday. Shane called Tuesday and was planning to come by with another person (Clay) to do the work. They did it and it's perfect! It looks wonderful and was done neatly and professionally. They took extra care to protect our wood floors and cleaned the work area thouroughly. Shane was very fair with his estimate and the work is well worth the cost. My husband and I are excited to provide Fisher Fixes It a list of some projects we have been hoping to have done. It's challenging to find good people to help out with projects around the home and we are happy to have made this great connection! Thank you Shane!! I'm so gald you are on Thumbtack.
