I don’t think the man was given the right info about the job. But he figured out what to and got right to. He was very pleasant and did an excellent job!

Left several gouges and scratches all across my stairs and walls. When contacted about it I was told “those scratches aren’t that bad” and “there’s no way possible to move it without doing that” your job is moving things, any amount of scratches no matter how small is that bad. If you can’t move something without causing damage, don’t take the job and more importantly own up to your mistakes instead of blaming the customer. There is definitely a way to do it. Be capable
