Jim Rushford at Crystal Clear Pool and Spa is the absolute best. Not only has he helped open and close our pool reliably for years, he came to our rescue to replace our hole-laden pool cover in the dead of winter just before our new puppy came home. Jim came out to our house many times to survey and measure to ensure the perfect fit for our pool, and really invests the time and effort in making sure everything is spot-on. He is 100% our guy this spring when we need to replace the liner too. Professional, knowledgeable and so easy to work with. Jim is CNYs best pool guy!

Very attentive company.I wanted to put in a pool liner in late October because our pool suddenly had a leak. Can you say....emergency? I wasn't sure anyone was going to be able to help us this late in the season.Jim the owner was very helpful.All of the work was terrific. The liner looks fabulous. The price was very very good.I dealt with the owners directly every step of the way.I suggest you skip some of the common names in pool companies and try these guys out.

I am new to the pool owning world. When I called for pool school I was accommodated for the next day. Very responsive. Always call you back. I called and asked about the chlorine container opener and I was told I could get it somewhere like Lowes a little cheaper. I said thanks. But I still went and got it at crystal clear. Will always call them with any questions. Highly recommended.

I have tried every major pool cleaning and servicing company in town, even some independent people. Jim and the team keep my pool more clean than anybody Ive ever hired. My pool is always clean, the service is professional and the office is responsive. The chemicals are always balanced and the price is great.I wasted years on various other companies and services. In the end I was always disappointed. I wish I found Crystal Clear years ago. It would have saved me time and headaches.
