Excellent customer service! My pump quit working while I was on the road for work and my wife could not get it back up.I called Jim and he Made time EARLY, like really early, the next morning to come out, and help us out so the pool did not get out of balance. Thank you guys so much!

The perfect storm.... It was a Sunday during Covid-19 in desperate need of help my pool was losing water.... called Crystal Clear Pool, not only did they pick up to specifically speak to someone but was over within an hour, ON A SUNDAY. As well as a follow up the next morning he came to assure problem was fixed.Hands down highly recommend! And thank you

Jim at Crystal Clear is knowledgeable and accommodating.He opens and closes my pool each year and supplied and installed a new pump last year. He does a great job.I would highly recommend his company.He is always reliable .

Memorial Day Weekend. Needed a new vacuum and some other supplies. They close at 4PM but at calling at 3:55PM he said they would be there until 4:30PM. Went in they had everything I needed and were very kind and professional, thanks guys!! We needed a new pool store. Glad you guys are here!!
