- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is all inclusive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If time and interest allows, like to meet with couples prior to the ceremony. During this "interview" I ask some key questions about your families, your courtship and why you want to spend the rest of your lives together. It gives us an opportunity to discuss the ceremony in detail and how we can make it uniquely yours. Once hired, I like to stay in touch with the occasional email - I like to be available to answer any questions or concerns and to offer support and encouragement. The planning of a wedding can be a busy and stressful time! I like to help keep that at a minimum.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For over 35 years, I worked in student services at a local community college. I worked directly with students, staff and the general public and was heavily involved in event planning and production. It taught me to be a team player and a good listener, two skills that re important in the planning of a wedding.
