What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by listening to the customer's concerns and inspecting the problem. I'll explain what I find, discuss the repair options, and make sure you understand the work before I begin.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of hands-on experience in maintenance and plumbing and hold a Journeyman Plumbing license. I continue learning and staying familiar with plumbing products and repair methods.
