⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’m very happy with the work Mapleheart Upgrades did on my home. They built a brand new front porch over my existing concrete steps, and the result looks fantastic. There isn’t much I wouldn’t hire Caio for. My only complaint, if there is one, is he exceeds the scope of work yet doesn’t ask for additional compensation.
Carpentry is Caio’s expertise, but he is willing to do anything. He waterproofed our basement, and at job completion our basement looked better than it did before not only from the masonry walls, but organization standpoint as well.
English is his second language, but there is zero issue in communication, and he takes every conversation as an opportunity improve his skills, which I appreciate.
Caio will be doing work for us for the foreseeable future. This is is 3rd job for us, and I will continue to use him and refer him.
I highly suggest if you have any carpentry work to reach out.
