I am happy with Fresh Start Painting from start to finish. Cory called weeks in advance for my exterior work. He showed up when he said he would. He scraped & assessed the house prior. He moved at a good pace & did a quality job. He also spent alot of time raking & sweeping the chips afterward. He always communicated very well to keep me aware of his progress. His work helped give my house great curb appeal in order to sell my house quickly.

Job was to paint my entire exterior of the house (a 2100 sq ft ranch) and stain the deck. I am very satisfied with their job. Total completion time was within the estimate they gave me. The trim paint also looks very clean. Cory and TJ are very professional. They are very responsive to communications, always respond to me very promptly, and willing to come back to do a few touch ups upon request. I also asked them to fix my broken window shutter, which they did a good job and it looks perfectly nice again. I would hire them again if there are any further painting projects that I could not handle myself.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to work with our customers side by side. We'll help you pick colors or design remodels. We make ourselves avalible to every customer and make sure everyone is comfortable before during and after every job no matter how big or how small it may be.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We do mostly residential work, but we do do some new construction work along with our remodel and paint work.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you feel rushed, or feel your questions are not answered or taken serious please stop and give me a call, because no contractor should ever make you feel that way.
