Desmond was friendly and communicative in the beginning when he came to give an estimate. They did things I didn't ask them to do or made any sense, and I ended up terminating with them after they bought fixture's that I never agreed to and opened up a brand new tub without asking us first, and not having any of the plumbing set up. I spent all summer taking things apart that they did and finishing pieces of the project myself and basically paid them a ton of money to build a platform that was too tall and that they didn't take into consideration doing the plumbing first before sealing in the platform. It made no sense. Desmond was barely ever on site and would hire people that barely worked. After trying to call him several times and leaving voicemails for a return call so we could talk about the project, I never heard anything from him. He would respond to texts and when I asked him if I owed him for things I didn't ask him to do, he said yes, and that was it. Then they left their took in my basement for a month and I packed them up to leave for him on my porch because there wasn't a time for him to come get them. I really thought this would be a great experience because his personality was great at the start, but completely avoidant and not communicative. I still look at the things they did and get sad and upset, because it feels like such a waste of time, and resources for everyone.
